In Departures April Giveaway! Check In & Find The Water Fountains!

We’re back again for April and giving away another 2-Visit Plaza Premium Lounge pass for Europe (or equivalent) to one lucky winner on InDepartures.com!

We’ve made an update to your profiles so you can track your progress for the month and easily see how many more points you need to gain to qualify for this month’s giveaway. You can see how it looks in the screen shot below.

I don’t know about you, but I’m always looking around for a water fountain at the airport. Sometimes there’s lots of them and at other times they’re quite tricky to locate.

This month, we need your help. The challenge is to hunt down at least one water fountain on your next airport visit.

Full details on how to enter this months challenge:

• Check in on In Departures for a future flight.
• Find at least 1 water fountain at the airport and add it as an amenity to the terminal map.
• Interact with the website to gain points. You must have at least 120 In Departures Reward Points to qualify. You can get points on the website by doing the following (here’s an article on all Reward Points here):
  • 30 points for a Flight Deal (approved by admin)
  • 12 points for adding a new amenity (approved by admin)
  • 10 points for answering an FAQ about an airport
  • 6 points for an approved tip
  • 2 points for a airport check in
  • 1 point for a rating
    
    We’ll be drawing at random the winner from those members who have reached the entry requirements and completed this months challenge!

Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: The competition is open to all registered members of InDepartures.com who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of InDepartures and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period: The competition begins on April 1st, 2024, and ends on April 30th, 2024, at 11:59 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
3. How to Enter: To enter the competition, participants must fulfill the following criteria:
   • Check in on In Departures for a future flight.
   • Find at least 1 water fountain at the airport and add it as an amenity to the terminal map on the In Departures website.
   • Accumulate a minimum of 120 In Departures Reward Points through various activities outlined on the website. (Details regarding points allocation are provided on the website).
4. Winner Selection: One winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries that have met the entry requirements and completed the challenge for the month. The winner will be announced within seven (7) days after the end of the competition period.
5. Prize: The prize for the competition is a 2-Visit Plaza Premium Lounge pass for Europe (or equivalent). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
6. Notification: The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their InDepartures.com account. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, another winner may be selected.
7. Publicity: By participating in the competition, entrants agree to allow InDepartures to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions: InDepartures reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. In the event of fraud, misconduct, or technical failures, InDepartures reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or cancel any entries deemed ineligible.
9. Agreement to Terms: Participation in the competition constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entrants agree to abide by the decisions of InDepartures, which are final and binding in all matters related to the competition.
