Before arriving at the check-in area at Dulles International Airport, it's helpful to know that the overall experience currently rates a 5/10. The terminal is spacious, but wayfinding can be confusing for first-time visitors, so look for signage directing you to your airline's designated counters. Be prepared for potential wait times, especially during peak travel hours, and ensure you have all necessary documents ready to streamline your check-in process. While facilities and service may not meet higher expectations, a little planning can help you navigate the space more effectively.
