I love having the bag drop option from Turkish Airlines - no need to fight the long queues at the counter, you can do it yourself and it’s all fully automated! Makes it much quicker to get through to the passport control step.
Allow plenty of time as there is security before check in too, it’s pretty quick but adds another layer of waiting.
