There are staff to help with wheelchair bound passengers. Because of short staffing, passengers will often be brought to their gates and then left there until boarding time. Staff then returns to help with the boarding procedure, but it may be difficult to get to the restroom during that waiting period. But otherwise, Gratuities are expected but the staff doesn't tend to be aggressive about it.
