Terminal 5 at JFK International Airport is designed for passengers with connecting flights, but it currently holds a traveller rating of 5/10. Be prepared for limited amenities and services, as recent feedback indicates that there may be areas needing improvement. Once you arrive, follow the signs to your next gate, and allow sufficient time to navigate through the terminal, as the layout can be confusing for those not familiar with it. It's advisable to check for any flight updates or gate changes as you make your way to your connection.
