Showers at Terminal 7 provide a basic option for travellers looking to refresh during their time at the airport, though they currently hold a rating of 5/10. Located near the lounge area, the showers can be accessed by passengers flying with eligible airlines or through lounge memberships. It's advisable to arrive with your own toiletries, as amenities are limited. Given the mixed reviews, it's worth considering your alternatives if you're pressed for time or seeking a more upscale experience.
