There are a lot of charging points upstairs. Some are either USB only, and some have the UK plug as well. There are also charging points at the gate waiting areas, after your passport and boarding pass has been checked, before being allowed to board the plane.
There are an additional few plugs within departures before security that are close to the BA self check in machines where you collect a printed boarding pass. Other charging ports can be found after security close to the gates and shops
