At Luton Airport, the lounge options are somewhat limited, with a current traveller rating of 5/10. The My Lounge is a popular choice but can fill up quickly, so booking in advance is strongly recommended. Travelers using a Dragon Pass may find that spaces are often at capacity, and while food options are available, they tend to be limited compared to other locations. The Aspire Lounge is also an option; however, it can be busy, particularly during peak hours, so arriving early or checking for waitlist availability may be beneficial. Keep in mind that one lounge is currently undergoing refurbishment, which may affect overall availability.

Crowdsourced tips for Lounges at Luton Airport - Terminal
I used "My Lounge" using a Dragon Pass. Definitely book ahead if you want a space here. It was fully booked when I arrived. I put my name on the waiting list, and they said it would be 2 hours until a space would come up, but I got one after 5 minutes. The food is a bit limited compared to other lounges I've used.
One lounge being refurbished and Aspire to busy, they did call us back as we were on the waiting list. We were using priority pass.
