São Paulo-Guarulhos International Airport - Terminal 3 - Lounges

"Not much to add to "terrible", nothing but a dirty pieces of plastic on the floor...."

"The W Premium lounge is situated towards the fair end of the terminal a 5 minutes walk from the cluster of other lounges that are outside duty free as you come through security.

It's a fairly small lounge, a small selection of hot and cold food, a bar and soft drinks in the fridge. There's a shower and decent toilets.

It's often quite busy for a small lounge but worth it for a quick snack and comfy chair."

"Very clean, tidy and well maintained. Toilets are very clean too and there were staff working cleaning the floors around the terminal."

"Stress free arrive by bus, uber or hotel bus."

"There are lots of lounges at terminal 3. The map of the terminal seems to be design just to show you the way to these lounges!

You’ll find priority pass W Premium Lounges at the far end of the terminal."

"I think they could upgrade their screens. Larger more prominent screens around the terminal would be good."

"Lots of food and drink options dotted around including a Starbucks, some small stalls including coffee/hotdogs,ice cream. This is on top of the usually eateries."

"Near the toilet blocks between wash gate you’ll find water fountains."

"Charging points at gate seating in most places. Very useful. Also some sponsored areas that offer charging and seating near gates."

"Easy and quick today. No queues at LATAM and the airport wasn’t busy either. Flight was at 1pm on a weekend."

"Plenty of toilets but some block are quite small with not much room, especially the ones near the gates."

"You’ll find water station just inside the toilet blocks. Not on the outside but you’ll see them when you exit to toilet."

"Gates aren’t too far away at terminal 3 and there are plenty of shops and food outlets along the way."

"Plenty of lounges at this terminal. Mostly straight after passport control on the left and up the escalators there’s also some just past the escalators on the ground floor on the left.

There also seems to be some confusion with American Express Platinum for the Amex lounge. The lady on reception claiming it’s not the right card despite it clearly stating on the website and on a sign in front of her. I would have argued more about it if it wasn’t for my Amex actually being out of date. "

"A long winding queue to get there but short queue at the lane at security. Was easy and no stress, friendly staff."
