Singapore Changi Airport - Terminal 4 - Lounges

"We love the tea and maron we bought at Changi Airport Terminal 4. I also like to compliment the staff that served me that day, her name is Levy. She is very patient when we ask her to recommend the tea to us. She knows her products very well. She was patient, courteous, and professional in doing her job! Thank you for the recommendation. We enjoyed our tea on the flight. Thank you, Levy!!"

"Passengers who rely on the assistance of service animals are advised to check with their respective airlines regarding specific requirements for traveling with service animals on flights.

For transit passengers, it is recommended to confirm in advance with both the primary airline and the airline operating the outbound connecting flight whether they allow service animals onboard the aircraft. Contact information for individual airlines can be obtained here.

At the airport, dedicated airline staff will accompany the passenger and their service animal throughout their time in the airport. In the event that the service animal needs to attend to nature's call, both the passenger and the animal will be escorted to a suitable facility to ensure their needs are met in a comfortable manner."

"Hearing enhancement systems

To enhance the experience for individuals with hearing impairments, the airport has installed hearing enhancement systems at the information counters located throughout the premises.

These systems are designed to improve sound clarity and amplify audio announcements, ensuring that important information is accessible to everyone. With the hearing enhancement systems in place, individuals with hearing impairments can confidently navigate the airport and stay informed about announcements and updates."

"Accessible-route navigation guide

Discover wheelchair-friendly routes throughout the airport effortlessly with the accessible-route navigation guide accessible via the iChangi App. This helpful feature provides users with easy access to detailed directions and information, ensuring a seamless and convenient travel experience for individuals requiring wheelchair accessibility. Navigate with confidence and ease, knowing that the iChangi App is there to guide you along accessible routes within the airport."

"To ensure a smooth travel experience, it is highly recommended that you arrive at the airport at least two hours before your scheduled departure time. Please note that check-in counters for certain airlines close promptly 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.

Arriving early not only allows ample time for check-in and security procedures but also provides an opportunity to explore the extensive shopping options and relax at Changi Airport. Take advantage of the additional time to indulge in retail therapy or enjoy the various amenities and facilities available within the airport premises.

You can check-in early online with many airlines to help speed things up."
