When you go through arrivals past customs, at the exit directly opposite where you emerge, there are several ATMs just to the right of the exit. I wasn't charged for making a withdrawal, which I was when using ATMs in the city centre. There was a 3000 dennar minimum withdrawal in the airport ATM I used though (which was about 45 Euros at the time I used it).
