Security

Security at Madeira Airport is generally efficient, though the process may feel a bit cramped due to the airport's small size. Arrive early to allow ample time for screening, especially during peak travel times. It's advisable to familiarize yourself with the location of the security checkpoint upon arrival, as it can be easy to overlook amid the modest layout. Overall, travellers rate this amenity an 8/10, reflecting a dependable experience despite the limited space.
