Connecting Flights

When connecting flights at Madeira Airport, it’s important to be prepared for a relatively straightforward process, but manage your expectations as the rating reflects a basic experience. The airport is compact, making it easy to navigate between terminals, but amenities may not be as plentiful as in larger hubs. Plan for some limited options for food and relaxation during layovers, as traveller feedback indicates room for improvement. Familiarize yourself with your next departure gate and the overall layout to streamline your journey through the airport.
