Security

Before arriving at Terminal at Sumburgh Airport, it's important to be aware of the security procedures in place. Expect standard security checks, including screening of personal items and passengers, which can lead to some waiting time. While recent feedback indicates a traveler rating of 5/10, be sure to arrive with adequate time to navigate through security, especially during peak travel times. Preparing your travel documents and limiting carry-on items may help expedite the process.
