Gate Experience

At Sumburgh Airport, the Gate Experience is straightforward but may leave some passengers wanting more, reflected in a traveller rating of 5/10. It’s important to arrive with ample time to navigate the airport’s layout, as signage can be minimal. Currently, there are no specific traveller tips available, so it's advisable to prepare for a basic, functional gate area without extra amenities or features. Familiarize yourself with the location of your gate upon arrival, as the airport can be quiet but may involve some walking to reach your departure point.
