Check-in

Before arriving at Sumburgh Airport, it's important to know that the check-in experience can be uneven, currently rated at 5/10. Plan to allow extra time for potential delays at the terminal, as amenities may not fully meet travelers' expectations. The airport's layout is relatively straightforward, but be aware that signage might not always be prominent, so keep an eye out for direction indicators as you make your way to the check-in area.
