Toilets at Terminal 1 of Mactan-Cebu International Airport offer basic facilities for travelers, but they currently hold a middling rating of 5/10. You'll find them conveniently located throughout the terminal, making them accessible before boarding or during layovers. While there are no recent traveler tips to enhance your experience, it's advisable to keep an eye out for cleanliness and wait times, especially during peak travel periods. Overall, you can expect a functional, though unremarkable, restroom experience while at the airport.
