The Gate Experience at Terminal 1 of Mactan-Cebu International Airport offers a basic level of service for travelers, reflected in its current rating of 5/10. Before arriving, it's important to be prepared for limited amenities and a potentially crowded atmosphere, as recent feedback indicates that options for relaxation and entertainment may be lacking. Wayfinding within the terminal could be straightforward, but familiarity with the airport layout may help in navigating to your gate more efficiently. Travelers are encouraged to arrive early to account for any delays or queues that may arise.
