"I used the airport wifi after arriving - it was fairly quick to log on (relative to typical airport wifi services) and the wifi was quite fast."

"There are a lot of toilets available including some for People with a physical disability. The tap water is safe for drinking. The toilets are not in the best of cleanliness."

"There's one water station right next to security, but usually is very slow and doesn't work properly. I always skip this and just fill my bottle on the toilet as the tap water is drinkable in Porto. "

Usually, there's a long line but go to the front if you have a Schengen passport or ID because is usually the case that that line is empty.

"The airport is very small and if you arrive at the airport two hours in advance you will be at your gate way ahead of time, 1 and half hours if you only have carry on, and 1 and 15 minutes if you have check-in bags. If you are flying to outside of Schengen area expect to be a bit delayed on the passport/identity check. "If you are flying Ryanair or other Budget airlines, expect to walk on the Tarmac. But just a short walk as the airport is small. expect 10 minutes from landing to leaving the airport, or 20 minutes if you have checked-in luggage. On busy times the luggage can take a bit more."

There is also an excellent subway/tram called Metro do Porto, every 20 minutes, taking 30 minutes to downtown Porto, that costs only two euros. You can use your contactless card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (each passenger needs to use a different card/Apple Pay/Google Pay). There are also buses that connect to the airport 24h/7/365. For the metro and buses, you can use Google Maps to check the times."
